General conditions of sale (CGV)
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made on the site www.lesoufrancais.fr
ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. They are exempt from VAT. The price of the products is that applicable on the day of the order. Once the order has been placed, prices cannot be subject to any modification.
The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of the online posting and while stocks last.
LE SOU FRANÇAIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price applicable when the order is validated.
Furthermore, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental, were to be created or modified, either up or down, this change may be reflected in the sales price of the items and sales documents.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified themselves.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. Once the order is registered, a confirmation email is sent to the user including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account by LE SOU FRANÇAIS and not that the ordered product is available.
The company LE SOU FRANÇAIS undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available product stocks. If the product is not available, LE SOU FRANÇAIS undertakes to inform the user. The user's order will be automatically canceled and no debit will be made for payments by bank or private card. Any cancellation of the order is possible as long as it has not been previously taken into account by the carrier.
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer benefits from a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception return costs.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the site, that is to say, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The average delivery time is 48/72 hours depending on the delivery location.
Our shipments are tracked by a number issued by La Poste, however it is up to the customer to check the condition of the package and the conformity of the goods upon delivery.
In the case of an open or damaged package, the customer must report the problem to LE SOU FRANÇAIS within 3 working days by writing by email to bonjour@lesoufrancais.fr or by registered mail with AR to LE SOU FRANÇAIS, 866 Avenue des Grinders 40150 Hossegor. In the absence of a complaint within this period of 3 working days, the products will be considered as delivered compliant and accepted by the customer.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT RETURN OF PRODUCTS
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to frustrate the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Le Sou Français will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
All orders are paid at the time they are placed. The final validation of the order occurs after validation of payment. Payment is made by credit card.
At no time will your banking data pass through the LE SOU FRANÇAIS computer system. Our transaction system therefore meets the standards.
ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This entire site is protected by French and international legislation relating to intellectual property.
All brands, texts, comments, works, illustrations and images, whether visual or audio, reproduced on the site www.lesoufrancais.fr are protected under copyright, trademark law, patent law, law in the image for the whole world. As such, any total or partial reproduction or representation of the site www.lesoufrancais.fr of all or part of the elements found on this site is strictly prohibited.
The company names, brands and distinctive signs reproduced on the site www.lesoufrancais.fr are protected under trademark law and must be subject to prior written authorization from the owner of the brand.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal data relating to the customer may be subject to automated processing and any customer has a right of access, rectification and withdrawal of data to personal character concerning them with LE SOU FRANÇAIS.
To exercise this right, simply notify it by simple letter addressed to LE SOU FRANÇAIS – 866 Avenue des Rémouleurs, 40150 Hossegor .
ARTICLE 8 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of the head office of LE SOU FRANÇAIS will have sole jurisdiction.
The “Lindauer” inspired coin present on our products, bracelets, key rings and all future products is a manufactured piece in raw pewter.
